Product Overview
PlanTodo is a to-do app with a powerful planning system. It is free, cross-platform, and supports multi-device sync.
Unlike traditional todo apps, PlanTodo clearly separates “Tasks” and “Plans”:
- Tasks: one-time to-do items
- Plans: rule-based systems that can automatically generate tasks
You can use it like a regular todo app, or take advantage of its powerful planning system to automate long-term scheduling.
In addition to standard recurring rules, PlanTodo also supports more advanced scheduling scenarios:
- The last Saturday of every month
- Triggered in sync with another plan
- Automatically create a task 3 days before a specific plan is triggered
